| How to wear |
As an earring, obviously.
You’ve got holes, you’ve had earrings, you know the drill.
Moon studs, Eva mini studs, Yanada medium studs.
And then things get interesting.
Time to explore the many phases of your Eclipse studs.
Disc at rear
This is our original idea, before we realised how many more ways these guys can be worn. Pop the stud through your piercing, slip the disc onto the back, fasten with the stopper and you’re good to go.
Disc at front
For a lovely layered look, slip the disc onto the stud post and then pop through your piercing before fastening with the stopper.
Try wearing both discs in one ear. Slip one disc onto the stud post and then pop through your piercing, slip the other disc onto the back, fasten with the stopper and voila; you’re an asymmetrical wonder.
Hold the disc
Fancy dressing it down a little? Too easy. Simply stash one or both discs somewhere safe and rock the Yanada studs on their own.
Moon or Eva or Yanada stud front
If you’ve got another pair of studs from the range and a pair of Eclipse studs, why not mix it up a little? Pop the moon stud through your piercing, slip the disc onto the back, fasten with the stopper and you’re a bona fide lunar legend.
Silver and gold mix up
All that glitters is not gold, sometimes it’s silver as well. In this case, it’s both. If you’ve a pair of the silver and the highly coveted gold Eclipse studs, try interchanging the studs and discs for a multi-material multi-dimensional exploration.
Holier than thou
Eclipse studs are not only versatile in how you wear them, but also how you curate the range. If you have more than one ear piercing, you can experiment with all the different ways to mix up and display your collection. The only rule is don’t hold back.
Have you found other ways to wear your studs? We’d love to hear from you.
| How to care |
When you want to give your studs an extra bit of sparkle, simply polish them up with a silver or lens cloth. All silver studs are made with fine silver, so will not tarnish. They can be worn in the shower and ocean, but best to stay clear of chlorine pools.
As all pieces are uniquely hand-textured, each piece will be different to the next; each hammer mark is made with love and care. So please keep in mind that there will be variation across all pieces. Although they’re tough, best to store your studs lovingly to avoid any damage. All ear posts are sterling silver, including the gold pieces, making them incredibly friendly for people with sensitive ears.
