We’re so chuffed to have been accepted to have a stall at the wonderful Our Wild Rumpus Maker’s Market in Wollongong on 25 June. It’s going to be the official launch of our little label, so we’re busily preparing a bunch of stock and an inviting, exciting and beautiful stall that reflects the beauty and uniqueness of our range (and we hope you’ll think the same!).
Bec went hunting at Reverse Garbage in Marrickville – an awesome business that sells recycled ANYTHING – and found an awesome mirrored plinth that will be a feature of our stand.
And we had a great day today planning the rest of it – making decorations, Kim’s made a sign – it’s all coming together!
But you’ll just have to come and visit us at Wollongong Town Hall between 10 and 4 on Saturday the 25th to see how it all ends up.
And to check out our range, of course!
These markets are always so great; our purses always end up empty. But that’s a good thing, because this initiative supports local makers in the Illawarra and gives everyone a chance to showcase their talents, and see what amazingly gifted people there are in our beautiful region.
Very excited to say the least, wish us luck!
Kim and Bec.
